Diana Mendez, Esq., is a shareholder at Shortridge & Mendez, P.C. She handles a wide range of real estate matters, including defending brokers in licensing complaints, ethics hearings, and litigation. Diana also provides transactional brokerage services for numerous real estate firms across Colorado. She is a frequent featured guest in Scott Peterson’s wildly entertaining risk-management sessions.

Marc Cunningham

Marc grew up in the real estate world and spent many years pulling weeds, painting walls, and showing properties for Grace Property Management, the company his father founded in 1978. Today Marc serves in the role of President of the company. Marc performs legal expert witness work in Colorado and is a national educator on property management, having taught in over 25 states. Marc was named the national property manager of the year in 2018 by Think Realty.

Troy has served various roles during his 26-year career in the mortgage industry, including Loan Officer, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Builder Sales Manager.
