Leadership Excellence Training is designed to prepare and connect future leaders for their upcoming committee terms. All volunteer 2023 Chairs of Colorado Association of REALTORS® Committees, Forums, Workgroups, President Advisory Groups, and Taskforces are encouraged to attend this training! Topics include the role of how each group works within the Association structure, the importance of understanding your position as Chair, and the skills required to keep your meetings focused and productive.
