PROCESS:
The charge of CEO is to ensure that candidates meet the criteria approved by the CAR Board of Directors for the desired position. Credentials shall rely upon information contained in the candidates' written applications to verify their qualifications. Please note that a more thorough background investigation of the candidate will be conducted.

Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025, to participate in the CAR Leadership elections on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Please note nominations for elected positions will not be accepted from the floor.

I have not had any violations of Colorado Real Estate License Candidate Law within the past seven (7) years.

If I fail to maintain the criteria set forth for my position, I shall resign or be removed from office immediately upon failing to meet said criteria.

State Allocated NAR Director NAR Director Applicants: The nominee must be a "primary" member of a Small to Medium Size Member Board which does not, at the time of the nomination, currently have a NAR Director "local board allocation" pursuant to Article 4, Section 1(P) of the NAR bylaws.

NAR Committee, Advisory Group, Task Force, Workgroup or on a NAR Leadership Council within the last ten (10) years preceding the date of the election.
