Virtual Webinar 12 CE Credits

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.

This course is scheduled for two days. Attendees must participate on both days to qualify for CE credit and to earn the ABR designation.


Participants will have a 30-minute lunch on their own each day.


Handouts will be provided electronically 2 days before the class date.


This class is free for all REALTOR® members - we expect this class to fill up quickly. If, after reserving, you find the class no longer fits in your schedule, please cancel. A $15 fee will be charged to all who cancel after June 12, and a "no show" fee of $75 will be charged.


To qualify for CE credit, all participants must complete the polling questions throughout the session, attend the class with their camera on, and be in view of their camera for the session's entire duration.


Earning your ABR designation

After completing the class, attendees will need to complete the below steps to earn their ABR designation:

  • Take one of the NAR ABR elective classes.
  • Provide documentation of 5 completed transactions where you acted solely as a buyer representative.
  • Must be a member in good standing with NAR.
  • Complete the ABR application.

Meet the Instructor:

Brent Lancaster combines his love of the business of real estate with his passion for education. As president/CEO of one of the nation’s oldest real estate schools, he offers a variety of solutions to the challenges agents face in today’s real estate environment.

In 2003, Brent developed his first online course and has spent every year since continually searching for innovative ways to bring quality and consistency to every agent using multiple delivery formats. Today, he continues to teach classroom instruction but has also transformed the traditional brick and mortar classroom into a multimedia educational experience.

Brent is also the broker/owner of his own real estate firm, Brent Lancaster & Associates.

He lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with his wife of 15 years, Laura, his two children, Leyton (7) and Nate (5), and Lilly the office dog.

This 12 CE Course is two days: June 17 from 9:00am-4:00pm MT and June 18 from 9:00am-4:00pm MDT.
