Speaker Bios 

Aaron Blazis 

Aaron Blazis is a licensed REALTOR® and Colorado Springs native who has specialized in property management in the Pikes Peak Region since 2010. He is the 2026 Property Management Forum Chair for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. With a background in maintenance, home repairs, and personnel management, Aaron brings practical experience supporting property owners, tenants, and investors throughout the transaction process. 

Peter Muccio 

Peter “Pete” Muccio is an attorney and Junior Managing Partner at Tschetter Sulzer Muccio, a Denver-based eviction law firm representing property management companies and rental property owners across Colorado. A seasoned trial attorney, Pete is highly experienced in landlord-tenant litigation and risk management. Tschetter Sulzer Muccio has been a longtime partner of CAR, dedicating thousands of hours to supporting Colorado’s property managers through these forums. 

Jonathon Carlson

Jonathon Carlson is a trial attorney at Tschetter Sulzer Muccio with extensive experience representing landlords in property management-related legal matters. He brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving complex landlord-tenant disputes and supporting property managers with legal clarity and risk reduction strategies. 

Brian Tanner 

Brian Tanner is CAR’s Vice President of Public Policy and leads CAR’s legislative advocacy efforts. With a long career in Colorado politics, Brian oversees lobbying, issues mobilization, state ballot initiatives, and federal engagement to advance REALTOR® priorities at the Capitol. 

Carla Blanc 

Carla Blanc is CAR’s Government Affairs Director and brings deep experience in Colorado politics across both the executive and legislative branches. She oversees CAR’s government affairs committees, monitors legislation and policy issues, supports RPAC fundraising, and leads advocacy communications on behalf of Colorado REALTORS®.
