The Colorado Association of REALTORS(R) is thrilled to host the 2026 AE Symposium from July 21-23 in beautiful Glenwood Springs, CO! This year's event will feature dynamic speakers, fun-filled activities, and best of all – networking with your fellow AEs. Register now for the AE Symposium! Room Rate: $185.00/night plus taxes and fees.

This high-end hotel is situated in a grand building dating from 1893 and has a history of famous guests. It's a 7-minute walk from the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool and 13 minutes' walk from the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. The elegant rooms have period decor and ceiling fans, plus Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as desks and Keurig coffee makers. Suites add balconies, parlor areas or wet bars. Some rooms also feature exposed brick walls. Amenities include a restaurant, bar and coffee shop, plus an outdoor dining area and a bar (open seasonally and weather-permitting).

Pet Policy: Dogs only. The hotel allows two dogs up to 75 lbs per dog. Fee: $50 per day, per animal, non refundable.

Self-Parking: $12/night, requiring all vehicles to be registered at the front desk with a displayed permit to avoid towing. The parking lot is located on-site. The hotel does have (2) EV Charging stations.
