Wildfire & Colorado Real Estate

The second session in the REALTOR® Mixer & Mastery series pays homage to our old friend, Smokey Bear. We’ll kick things off with networking and bingo, complete with prizes, before transitioning into the CE course. From mountain towns to metro-adjacent communities, wildfire risk impacts listings across Colorado—and Smokey Bear would want you prepared.

In this one-hour CE class, real estate agents will gain practical, statewide guidance on evaluating wildfire risk, advising clients with confidence, and avoiding common transaction pitfalls through a clear, real-world lens. The course covers wildfire mapping tools, mitigation strategies that matter most to buyers and insurers, and best practices for disclosures and client communication.


SMOKEY SAYS (As Does DORA) To qualify for CE credit, you must be on a device that has camera capabilities. You must attend the entire duration of the course with your camera on.
