The next session in the REALTOR® Mixer & Mastery series dives into water—the unseen force shaping real estate across Colorado. We’ll kick things off with networking and a game of Bingo!

Join water experts as they take the spotlight to share the most pressing water challenges facing housing today, the solutions their organizations are implementing, and what REALTORS® need to know right now. Each expert will highlight how water realities differ by region—from mountain communities to metro markets.

We’ll then bring everyone into the action with Red Flag or Green Light, an interactive game where REALTORS® evaluate real-world scenarios and decide whether a property’s water situation signals a green light—or a deal-threatening red flag. You’ll walk away with practical insight, sharper instincts, and a stronger water “superpower” for your next transaction.
